Our client is a NZ company, operating in the telecommunication space. Quality customer service is integral to their company growth. They are looking for an immediately available and talented credit controller with excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
The primary purpose of your role is to ensure that debt collection is handled in a professional manner. You will be required to achieve this by handling all incoming customer calls relating to their overdue debt.
- Dealing with account queries
- Payment arrangements
- Dealing with overdue accounts.
Ideally you would have experience in a call-centre environment where you have been responsible for handling a high volume of calls. You must have excellent communication skills, be a strong problem solver and have strong numerical skills. Agility, empathy, patience and clear communication are essential qualities our client is looking for. You will be solutions focused, motivated to meet KPI's and can come to decisions that work best for the customer as well as our client.
