Digital Communications Manager

Digital, Customer & Insights - Permanent / Full Time

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications you will lead the customer communications strategy and execution for the ‘always on’ and content programs. You will recommend investment and database requirements, utilise data and key marketing tools, such as Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, to significantly improve business outcomes across a range of audiences, products and services.  You will be telling stories people want to hear, stories that empower businesses and consumers. You’ll be working in a dynamic and constantly evolving industry to design and deliver compelling direct marketing and social campaigns that cut-through to customer needs, helping to grow market share and revenue.
  
  
  
About you
So, who are you? You'll have at least 5 years experience building direct and digital communications programmes in a large service organisation such as telco, energy, airlines, banking or insurance with preferably with experience communicating in a business to business environment. A passion for understanding marketing automation and CRM tools to build nurture programmes and track and measure campaigns will all be key strengths of yours. You will have a sophisticated understanding of digital channels to market including content curation for online social, video, app, email and web based platforms. Leading & inspiring a team to ensure they have a clear sense of purpose is crucial to being successful in the position.
