About the Role:
 

  • This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract with a look to go permanent and loads of career progression.
  • You will join a high performing and fast paced team as the Customer Success Manager and ensure the best possible service to customers with a view to supporting and growing strong, long-term relationships.
  • You will be tasked with setting up processes, owning the onboarding phase and providing support and guidance to customers, guiding them through the setup process and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • You will monitor customer progress and satisfaction throughout the onboarding process, develop, maintain and review customer annual plans and provide ongoing support to customers post-onboarding.
  • Internal reporting is key in this role. You will collect feedback from customers to continuously improve the onboarding and support processes.

​​​​​​​About You:
 
  • You will have proven success in a Client/Customer Success, Account Manager, Relationship Manager role in a technology or SaaS company.
  • You will have experience in client management process, from negotiation, onboarding, client reviews, upselling and renewing.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software ( Salesforce or HubSpot) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • You will also have a proven ability to provide effective analysis and reporting information.
