Accounts Payable/Finance Admin

About The Role:
 
Here at Tribe, we are looking for individuals with experience in all things finance related, either as a component of an admin role OR experience from an accounts titled role. 
You must be able to provide an exceptional, customer focused, friendly and efficient service, supporting financial management tasks.
You will be comfortable to support across any of the following areas as needed

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Credit Control
  • Payroll Administration
And will have exposure to or a keen interest in the following;
  • Overseeing receipts and payments
  • GST returns
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining journals
  • Support with budget, cost centre management, and reporting
  • High quality data entry and transactions processing

About You:

 To be successful in these roles, you must have experienced working within a finance related role or studied Accounting, and used a finance system, think Xero, MYOB, or SAP.  You will be able to demonstrate your ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure, as well as work unsupervised taking responsibility to be organised and meet timeframes provided.
 
Other key skills required:
  • Must have previously used Xero, MYOB, SAP (or similar system)
  • Intermediate use of Excel on a day-to-day basis
