Tribe's registered psychologist Justine Winter (BSocSci (Hons), MSocSci(First Class Hons), PGDipPsych (Organisational)) offers our clients over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and organisational development fields, gained in a corporate HR consulting environment and as a freelancer. She has worked across sectors, functional areas and roles, not only as a recruiter but also in leadership and staff development, career coaching and outplacement support. Justine focuses on using psychometric assessments to support selection and development, providing clients with an objective approach to evaluating candidate suitability and potential. When combined with robust interviews and reference checks, assessment data allows Tribe consultants and their clients to triangulate selection data, identify risk, and guide further evaluations and development. We are accredited to use Hogans, SHL, OPRA, Genesys, Saville and Talegent tools, and can also access skills tests for applications such as Excel and Word.
