At Tribe, we take health and safety incredibly seriously. Our top priority is to work with our clients to foster a safe and healthy environment for all of our staff – whether our Tribe team here or Tribe temps and contractors working on-site with our partners. We use an external party, OHS Consultants, to help us with our HSMP and they regularly audit us to ensure constant best practices and compliance here at Tribe HQ. Likewise, our expectations are high of our Tribe temps and contractors. We visit all sites to ensure compliance and each Tribe temp and contractor has to be fully inducted upon arrival on site.
We have three first aiders in the office and two fire wardens who are trained regularly to ensure the safety of our staff and all of our visitors to Tribe HQ. We choose to partner with St John to ensure that we are regularly trained and up-to-date on all health and safety practices.
We also have a staff member who is trained in Mental Health First Aid through St Johns. We then partnered with St John to take this superb offering to our clients and partners. The feedback has been brilliant from all of those who have participated.
