All search work is led by one of our Tribal Chiefs, who partner with a search consultant, our Research Team and our Digital Marketer to roll out a comprehensive “leave no stone unturned” search process. Our Research Team use the latest technology to uncover passive candidates and build relationships with returning Kiwis, as well as leadership talent from offshore looking to make NZ home. Our Digital Marketer creates compelling campaigns which roll out through social media to an audience that continues to widen through likes and shares.
