This role comes with high expectations. In addition to supporting strategy, you will lead and manage the finance function, ensuring robust financial governance, insightful reporting, and effective decision support at both executive and Board levels. You will lead the delivery of Board reporting, actively contribute to the People & Remuneration Committee, and lead the Audit & Risk Committee.

Commercially savvy, your recommendations will be supported by insightful analysis, and you will have mana to quickly gain the confidence of the Board and leadership team. While this is a strategic role you will still need to roll up the sleeves and lead by example particularly with business cases, scenario modelling and systems optimisation projects. Previous successful ERP implementation experience is highly desirable. A genuine passion for fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle goes without saying.
This role is full-time, requires boundless energy and is not for the faint hearted. In return you can be assured of a fun, flexible and hardworking culture, where they support each other to deliver world-class results.
