About the Role
This role reports into the experienced National Sales Manager and is all about growth. Based in Auckland and covering a region in the North Island you’ll be driving new business opportunities across a broad client base - from owner-operated businesses through to major corporates and industry leaders. We are looking for a strong track record in prospecting and winning new business, with measurable success against sales targets.
You’ll be out in market building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and pitching solutions that deliver genuine value. The conversations you’ll lead will be diverse - from talking strategy with a CFOwith a range of senior decision makers.
This is a high-impact, hunter sales role where your performance, confidence, and commercial acumen will define your success. You’ll be backed by a strong national team and the tools you need to win - including a fully integrated Microsoft environment and an innovative SaaS platform that gives you a genuine edge.
About You
You’re ambitious, confident, and thrive in competitive, performance-driven environments. You love the chase, the strategy, and the satisfaction of closing the deal. You’re commercially sharp, articulate, and at ease influencing decision-makers at every level - from the boardroom to the front line.
You’ll bring:
- Proven B2B sales success – we are open to sector here, as long as you have proven sales results
- The ability to lead complex sales, from prospecting to pitch to close
- Confidence crafting and presenting proposals and RFP responses to senior stakeholders and answering questions well on the fly
- A balance of drive, polish, and authenticity - someone with “presence,” not ego
- A hungry/ambitious self-starter mindset with strong commercial and strategic thinking skills
- A true hunter mentality
- Be comfortable with a level of travel
