Customer Service & Sales Support
About the Role:
Amazing opportunity to be part of a tight-knit team of 6 and report directly to the Team Leader.
The day to day of this role will have you provide administrative and customer service support on behalf of the trade centre and respond to incoming enquiries from clients about the different building products – specifically doors and windows.
This is a varied role where you will be providing quotes, pricing, process orders and supporting customers both over the phone and email. In addition to this, you will also be charged with:
- Maintaining current stock levels
- Raising PO’s and liaising with the warehouse to help track stock
- Supporting account managers with customer queries and providing sales support duties
You will have experience working in a customer service role and / or trade or counter sales role. You must have an interest working in the building sector and enjoy being part of a small team.
You will also have:
- Excel skills (Intermediate or above)
- Order entry experience and accurate typing
- Experience with SAP is beneficial, computer literacy is a must
- Superb verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
