In this newly created Partnership Manager position you’ll work across Sales, Retention, and Digital Channels to identify potential new partnerships and lead commercial negotiations regarding these. A consumer facing company, your remit will be to review and drive commercial discipline into existing relationships and understand what new partnerships could add value to customers and disrupt the existing landscape in which this business plays.
You’ll be familiar with (and have experience working within) large scale complex businesses whether that’s B2B or B2C. Understanding the “what next” from a partnership perspective and how to develop and negotiate a commercial outcome will be a passion of yours. With over 7 years of designing or working with shared value partnership models you’ll be confident in your ability to articulate your business acumen and partner with leaders to develop an understanding of the market. In addition, you’ll have proven experience working with multiple market levers across propositions, pricing, and customer.
