Customer Experience Ambassador
Customer Service & Call Centre - Permanent / Full Time
Location - Auckland
- Mt Wellington with on site parking
- Monday to Friday hours with the occasional Saturday
- Base plus uncapped commission
The Ambassador team are charged with supporting customers and the wider dealership network when it comes to the latest products and sales and service packages!
- Contact both new and existing customers who have shown interest in the product
- Educate existing customers about the latest products and sales and service packages
- Work with the marketing team to understand current campaigns and respond to customer enquiries which come through via website, email and phone
- Actively engaging with the customer with the goal of starting a sales process
- Various administration tasks for the company when needed

- Previous experience in a Sales role is preferable
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a challenging workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- An interest in automotive industry is a bonus
- Full drivers license
- New Zealand Citizen / Resident with a clear criminal and credit history
