Customer Service & Call Centre - Contract or Temp

- Monday to Friday 9:00am or 11:00am start
- North Shore location
Seeking skilled, driven and problem-solving individuals who are ready to jump into their next assignment!
Provide support and knowledge to a range of B2B customers.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Correspondence via phone and email to B2B customers
- Learn the key tools to strengthen your people skills
- Training and career progression

We are looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, a willingness to support a wider team and the determination to deliver the BEST results!
Other things we look for:
- Previous Outbound calling and Sales experience is preferable
- Ability to prioritise tasks with time constraints
- High level of resilience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eligible to work in New Zealand, if on a visa you must have 6 months or more remaining
- And most importantly, enjoying talking to people!
