We are currently experiencing an influx of Outbound Customer Service roles in Auckland, and we are seeking skilled, motivated and problem-solving individuals who are ready to jump into their next assignment!
Put your skills to the test and be the first point of contact for providing support and meeting customer needs!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Correspondence via phone and email to customers
- Lean the key tools to strengthen your people skills
- Training and career progression
- Fantastic hourly rate and Auckland Central locations

We are looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, a willingness to support a wider team and the determination to deliver the BEST results!
Other things we look for:
- Previous Outbound call center experience is ideal
- High level of resilience and a strong ability to adapt to different situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eligible to work in New Zealand, if on a visa you must have 6 months or more remaining
- And most importantly, enjoying talking to people!
