Customer Service Advisor - Inbound

Customer Service & Call Centre - Permanent / Full Time
Location - Auckland

  • Albany location
  • Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Immediate start

We are looking for a dynamic, customer focused individual to join a team of 4 inbound customer service representatives to come on board and support both end user the business customers.

Qualities we look for:

  • Excellent communication and
  • Customer centric – with proven experience in a customer facing role
  • System savvy – have the ability to pick up different systems
  • Outgoing, engaging and passion for delivering great service
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be required to support customers on a day to  day basis. The role includes:
  • Answer incoming calls from customers about the different products
  • Raise credits when and as appropriate
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support
  • Adhoc administration support when and as required
