We are looking for the next member to join our tribe – a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in call centre. You will be taking over a warm desk of quality clients and repeat business. We are NOT a KPI driven agency and there isn’t one inkling of micro-management. There is ongoing training and development alongside regular 1:1s with managers, directors and experienced consultants.
Our call centre team is led by a highly personable lady who’s not only leads an incredibly successful team, she is also one of our top performers. She’s been around the traps (in a good way!) so she knows a thing or two about what she does and her extensive network also backs this up.

We’re a bunch of experienced, dedicated, passionate individuals, who don’t take ourselves too seriously. Who are you?
The next member of our tribe will have recruitment experience within an agency environment, ideally within the call centre space. In saying that, we’re open minded and if you have recruitment experience and can demonstrate an affinity with call centre I would still like to chat with you!
