We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Head of Finance to join our team and contribute to our continued success and growth.
The Role - The Head of Finance is a key leadership position, reporting to the General Manager and a financially savvy board, and contributing as a trusted member of the senior leadership team.
This role oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, and risk management.
Alongside maintaining robust financial systems and processes, the Head of Finance provides commercial insight to support business strategy and informed decision-making. There is a strong focus on optimising systems and reporting frameworks to enable future growth and scalability. The role leads a small team and works closely with both operational and commercial stakeholders to ensure finance acts as a proactive business partner.
About You - The ideal candidate will be a professionally qualified accountant with senior level finance experience, gained in a manufacturing and FMCG environment. They will bring strong commercial insight, analytical capability, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation. This role suits someone hands on and practical, yet also capable of operating strategically and contributing to broader business planning. A collaborative approach, high attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast moving, growth-oriented environment will be key to success.
