About the Role:

This is not your average CFO position. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll drive commercial strategy, lead a talented team across finance, purchasing, customer service, and warehousing, and play a hands-on role in shaping Augmento’s future. You’ll be at the centre of M&A activity, investment readiness, and operational transformation, working directly with the Managing Director and Board to deliver real impact. You’re a professionally qualified accountant with senior finance experience in complex, product-based businesses. You bring commercial flair, high EQ, and a collaborative leadership style.
