Whole-of-organisation reviews and ‘Pulse Checks’

The purpose of a Pulse Check is to determine operational, service delivery and leadership resilience and performance, as well as stakeholder and partner reputation. A Pulse Check can identify factors that have facilitated and/or impeded high performance in achievement of objectives and should result in recommendations and lessons learned that will help in re-directing the organisation into the future. The Pulse Check will provide the basis for learning and accountability for executive and Board. A Pulse Check should cover the following:
