Brooklands Pet Products, who have recently partnered with private equity firm Castlerock Partners LP, was founded in the 1960s and has built long standing relationships with product suppliers and local retailers, supplying over 4,000 quality, value-for-money pet products. This range services dogs, cats, birds and reptiles, with a specialist freshwater fish aquatic line serviced through its purpose-built facility in New Plymouth.
Executive Search Lead consultant David Ziebart, put his global experience to practice in partnering with Private Equity firm Castlerock and Brooklands Pet Products on their most recent search. Working alongside Castlerock Directors Andrew Paterson and Jono Steele, Andrew has this to say about the experience:

We spoke to Adam about his experience with Tribe Leadership Executive Search and his new appointment:
