Formed from the carve-out of One NZ's tower infrastructure assets, Fortysouth is a dynamic, growth-oriented entity with a market leading portfolio of mobile communication towers nationally. They are establishing NZ’s biggest, independent, digital telecommunications infrastructure platform and are owned by funds managed by leading global infrastructure investors. They have a long-term contract in place and there is a significant opportunity to grow the business through increased asset utilisation, acquisition of additional customers, and new investments. To support this exciting journey, a new role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) Build has been created.

New COO Venuri Weber
Venuri has extensive experience delivering infrastructure developments in New Zealand. Having worked in leading engineering organisations, Venuri has successfully managed the delivery of complex projects in both the public and private sector. During her 8-year tenure at H.R.L. Morrison, a global infrastructure investment management firm, she played a key role in numerous Public Private Partnerships, overseeing financing, design, construction, and maintenance of large-scale social infrastructure investments. Notably, Venuri served as the General Manager of Next Step Partners LP and Learning Infrastructure Partners LP. Venuri is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a BEng (Hons I), BCom (Finance) and MEng (Hons I) from the University of Auckland
