The firm provides a growing range of specialist risk-based services, training, and advisory services, and is well known as a leader in the sector in TTH. Parallaxx emphasises a risk-based approach to TTM and is expanding in TTM as well as other risk-based advisory fields in New Zealand and Australia. The company trains over 1,500 people annually through NZQA‑ and NZTA‑accredited courses and offers onsite mentoring and coaching. The company is in an exciting phase of rapid expansion, and development of the core approach to its offering.
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Chief Executive to grow and scale our company across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll embrace and enhance core services, broaden our risk-based product offering, and drive entry into new markets — all while delivering operational excellence. Partnering closely with the Board, you’ll shape and execute strategic direction, mentor and develop the Senior Leadership Team, and foster high performance. You thrive in dynamic, competitive markets, with a proven record of scaling businesses, and with an acumen for risk-based training and product development. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client engagement are essential.
