About the Role:
Your main responsibility will be managing Accounts Payable to support the Finance team, ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and on time. This includes providing financial and administrative assistance within the accounts payable function, overseeing all payment cycle activities daily, and helping with ERP system changes - supporting the transition and User Acceptance Testing as needed. You will also assist the Finance team with month-end tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all supplier invoices
- Maintain timely supplier statement reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and issues
- Maintain historical records e.g. timely filing
- Prepare analysis of monthly accounts producing monthly reports
- Manage, process, and reconcile Company Visa Expenses in online expense management system
- Ability to work with large amount of data
- Ensure suppliers are paid as per trading terms and agreement
- Provide process improvement feedback as part of the AP function regarding payment processes
- Assist with month end tasks
- Maintain vendor files
About You:
To be successful in this role you will bring solid Accounts Payable processing experience and strong finance administration knowledge.
Ideally you will be a SAP expert and will work with accuracy and detail in all that you do. As always, finance related roles rely on you to bring a high level of integrity and to be reliable and able to complete tasks in a sometime deadline driven environment.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment be tech savvy and be absolutely comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders on a day to day basis. Change will not concern you. It goes without saying that you will also bring with you excellent Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS’s) and Outlook experience.
