About the Role:
As a Digital Optimisation Specialist within the Test & Target chapter, your responsibilities will encompass various vital tasks, including:
- Developing and managing the conversion rate optimisation framework for key web and mobile app journeys, ensuring that the optimisation goals align with business objectives.
- Conducting regular experiments to extract insights and improve the digital journey performance for different Tribes and Squads.
- Providing ongoing recommendations for optimisation to enhance the delivery of key metrics and targets through continuous testing and personalisation strategies.
- Analysing digital journey and campaign performance data to identify friction points, subsequently recommending and implementing optimisation opportunities that lead to meaningful uplifts across channels.
- Leveraging data insights to shape and manage the optimisation backlog. Your expertise will assist in prioritising product backlogs effectively.
- Promoting an experimentation culture by sharing best practices in experience optimisation tools, CRO techniques, and advocating for advanced personalisation capabilities.
- Championing the use of digital tools to maximise business value and drive adoption across other areas of the organisation.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience using Adobe Target for creating experiments and advanced personalised experiences across various platforms including websites, self-service portals, eCommerce, and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with testing on Single Page Applications (SPA) sites and proficiency in JavaScript is an advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience utilising Adobe Analytics for sophisticated experimentation measurement and analysis.
- Proficiency in conversion rate optimisation frameworks, specifically the LIFT Model.
- Experience using Adobe Analytics workspace to identify optimisation opportunities within digital channels.
- Familiarity with visual analytics tools, such as SessionCam, and experience in data tracking design as well as implementing a digital data layer framework (W3C customer experience digital data layer).
- Outstanding collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities calmly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and presenting data insights clearly.
