About the Role:
A great opportunity for a digitally sharp Senior eCommerce Lead to take full ownership of ecommerce performance across a high-impact digital sales channel. This is a hands-on role at the heart of a cross-functional marketing tribe (Consumer, SME, Content, Automation, UX/UI), where you’ll lead the charge on optimisation, personalisation, and conversion uplift.
- Own the performance of the ecommerce channel end-to-end, from strategy to execution.
- Drive continual optimisation using tools like Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, and Adobe Target (or similar A/B testing and personalisation platforms).
- Champion journey improvements through data tracking and analysis to identify and remove friction.
- Use a performance lens to develop and execute SEO and test-and-target strategies that boost digital sales.
- Push the agenda for personalisation at scale across key customer segments.
- Work closely with go-to-market, UX/UI, and marketing teams to streamline operations and deliver seamless customer experiences.
About You:
- Proven experience leading ecommerce channels, ideally with ownership of performance metrics.
- Strong background in data-led optimisation, including experience with experimentation and personalisation tools.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Comfortable working across multiple marketing disciplines and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Experience using Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, and personalisation/optimisation tools like Adobe Target or similar.
- SEO know-how and the ability to apply performance marketing principles to ecommerce.
- Comfort working in a fast-changing, agile environment
