About the Role: 
We’re on the lookout for an Administrator for a temporary role, who can handle essential back-end admin tasks, freeing up the team to focus on what they do best.
  • Efficiently manage the email inbox, ensuring messages are responded to promptly
  • Accurately enter data and upload important documents to keep systems up to date and organized
  • Take charge of referral allocation and confirmation processes, helping maintain smooth and timely progress
  • Support our navigators by assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide additional administrative support wherever needed to help the team stay on track and focused

About You: 
  • Previous experience as an office coordinator or in an administrative role
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, someone who communicates clearly and works well with others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player attitude 
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
