About the Company:
Our client, a trusted consultancy in the infrastructure and construction sector, is looking for a confident and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide 1-1 support to the Managing Partner. In this role, you’ll manage the Managing Partner’s diary, inbox, and travel arrangements, handle confidential information, assist with event coordination, and support board meetings.

About the Role:
- Provide one-on-one support to the Managing Partner, including managing their diary, inbox, meetings, travel, and ensuring confidentiality.
- Prioritise urgent tasks, follow up on staff, client, and supplier requests, and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Lead the administration team and manage the office budget, including monthly reviews and setting the annual budget, as well as managing supplier relationships.
- Take minutes during Executive Leadership Team meetings, arrange offsite planning days, and manage the company’s Annual Corporate Calendar.
- Act as the main point of contact for Board members, handling meeting arrangements, travel, accommodation, catering, and organising Board events. Some domestic travel will be required for attending events and Board meetings.
About You:
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong initiative and the ability to think creatively and logically.
Please note: Domestic travel may be required to attend events and Board meetings. Some out-of-hours work will also be required depending on the needs of specific events and meetings.
