About the Role:
This is a temporary role initially for 3 months, offering administrative support to Executives at a thriving and well-established company in the FMCG industry, based in Ellerslie.
- Manage and maintain complex diaries for Executives
- Prepare presentations, documentation, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel, events, and meetings, including agendas, venues, catering, and follow-ups
- Take minutes during management meetings and ensure all actions are completed
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Provide backup support for other EAs as needed
About You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting executives with complex diary management
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
