About the Company:
This company is an established, well-known business operating within the FMCG industry. It's a company that really cares about its people and their development, offering work-from-home days and free onsite parking.

About the Role: 
This is a temporary role initially for 3 months, offering administrative support to Executives at a thriving and well-established company in the FMCG industry, based in Ellerslie.
  • Manage and maintain complex diaries for Executives
  • Prepare presentations, documentation, and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel, events, and meetings, including agendas, venues, catering, and follow-ups
  • Take minutes during management meetings and ensure all actions are completed
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Provide backup support for other EAs as needed
About You: 
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting executives with complex diary management
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
