As part of their growth plans, they are now looking for a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to partner closely with the CFO and senior leaders.  This role will provide insight, rigour and commercial thinking to support smarter decisions across the group.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of strategy, performance and capital decisions. You’ll own core planning and forecasting models, translate complex data into clear commercial insight, and play a key role in shaping how Travvia allocates capital and drives profitability.

This is a role where you’ll be trusted to challenge, influence and elevate conversations — not just report the numbers.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, including cashflow and covenant modelling

  • Driving return on fleet asset (ROTA) analysis to inform capital and product decisions
  • Supporting investment cases, pricing, fleet planning and strategic initiatives
About You:
You are commercially astute and enjoy getting close to the business.
You’re curious, analytical and confident presenting to senior stakeholders, with a knack for turning data into insight.

You’ll also bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience across FP&A, management accounting or corporate finance
  • Advanced financial modelling capability (investment appraisal, returns analysis, scenario modelling)
  • Strong business partnering skills and the confidence to challenge constructively
  • Experience working with financial systems and BI tools (Adaptive, NetSuite, Power BI desirable)
  • A proactive, detail-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

A finance degree (CA or CFA) is desirable but not essential.
