In this role, you’ll:
- Shape and manage a multi-year capital and investment roadmap, ensuring every dollar invested is underpinned by strong commercial logic, robust governance, and clear returns.
- You’ll partner closely with Technology, Strategy, Operations, Procurement, and senior leaders to evaluate investment options, assess ROI, and challenge assumptions — helping the business make smarter, data-led decisions.
- You’ll play a key role in investment governance forums, lead complex business cases and sensitivity modelling, and identify opportunities to optimise both Capex and Opex — from vendor partnerships and contract structures to lease vs buy decisions.
Alongside this, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of curiosity, challenge, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be naturally commercially wired and analytically sharp, with a knack for turning complex investment decisions into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrate strong experience in financial modelling, business case development, and ROI analysis, with a solid understanding of how investment choices flow through P&L, balance sheet, and cash.
- Be confident challenging assumptions, stress-testing scenarios, and helping leaders make smart, value-led calls.
- Have the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and love being close to the meaty decision making.
- Demonstrate a collaborative leadership style and enjoy developing the skills of your team.
