About the Opportunity
This is a genuine enterprise level lead role. You won’t just be delivering a piece of work, you’ll be leading Business Analyst activity across platforms and initiatives, influencing direction and shaping how business analysis is done across the organisation.
It’s ideal for a senior Technical BA who still enjoys being close to delivery but wants to operate more strategically. You’ll work in a complex, stakeholder rich environment where governance, structure and purpose matter.
Wellington is strongly preferred, with some flexibility for Auckland based candidates.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience as a Technical BA in large, complex environments
- Proven experience leading BA work across multiple platforms or programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing at senior level
- Experience driving requirements definition and management for large initiatives
- Confidence operating in ambiguity and navigating competing priorities
- Experience shaping frameworks, standards or best practice
- A strategic mindset, balanced with strong hands-on capability
You’ll also be comfortable providing authoritative advice, leading workshops, negotiating priorities and ensuring solutions align to broader organisational goals.
