About the Opportunity

- This is a temporary role (6–8 weeks) covering a team member on leave
- We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring prior HR experience
- In this role, you will support the HR team with compliance and administration, including raising job orders and ensuring the necessary documentation are in place
- You will also prepare employment documentation, including offer letters, variations, and IEAs
What You’ll Bring
- Previous HR administration experience
- Experience preparing IEAs, offer letters, variation letters, and other employment documentation
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to work across multiple systems
- Experience with Monday.com, DocuSign, LMS, or any ATS platforms is an advantage
- Culturally aware and respectful in the workplace
- A good sense of humour, strong work ethic, and good attention to detail
