About the Opportunity
This is a role with end-to-end responsibility for all core financial processes. This is a varied and hands-on contract opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, ownership, and making a meaningful impact in a short period.
You will undertake a range of core accounting tasks so to hit the ground running you will have strong technical expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and reviewing payroll processes
- Supporting month-end reporting, including preparation of management accounts and commentary
- Assisting with responses to official information requests
- Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial statement preparation
- Providing information for audit requirements
- Developing and improving standard operating procedures and internal controls
What You’ll Bring
- CA qualification or equivalent
- Competence in both financial and management accounting
- A process improvement mind-set to support change
- Payroll experience
