About the Opportunity
We’re working with large well known company looking to bring on an experienced Implementation Consultant on a short term 2-3 month engagement.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys sitting between business and technology taking requirements, building practical solutions, and seeing them through to successful adoption.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how systems, workflows, and processes come to life across the business, with a strong focus on usability, sustainability, and long-term impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is an end-to-end implementation role where you’ll be involved from discovery through to delivery and handover.
- Engage closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
- Design and implement workflows and process improvements aligned to operational goals
- Lead implementation activities, ensuring smooth rollout and strong user adoption
- Develop clear documentation including process maps, user guides, and technical specs
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to upskill teams and embed new ways of working
- Create supporting materials to ensure long-term capability and system understanding
- Manage handovers, ensuring solutions are sustainable post-implementation
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across systems and processes
You’ll be someone who enjoys getting into the detail, while also being confident working across stakeholders and guiding teams through change.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in property or real estate environments
- Exposure to change management or transformation projects
- Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools
