What You’ll Bring
1 year contact centre experience, FMCG experience is desirable
Confident handling a high volume of customer interactions in a fast paced environment
Strong verbal communication and attention to detail
Experience in SAP and Salesforce
Are able to demonstrate empathy both written and verbally
