The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a large enterprise client in the energy sector on a major Oracle Fusion transformation programme, and we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join during a critical delivery phase for a 6-month contract.
This role is focused on bringing structure and clarity to reporting and business requirements, ensuring they are complete, prioritised, and ready for build. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and delivery partners to drive high-quality, build-ready outputs and minimise rework during UAT.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain a single inventory of all business reports (ownership, priority, status) Work with stakeholders to define clear, testable reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into structured, build-ready specifications Ensure requirements are complete, unambiguous, and aligned to scope Coordinate delivery of reports built internally
- Support customer portal requirements where required Produce clear, concise process and system documentation
Key Outcomes
- Clear and agreed reporting scope for go-live
- High-quality, build-ready requirements with minimal rework Well-defined specifications for system integrators
- No new reporting requirements introduced during UAT
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on ERP programmes
- Strong experience with reporting, data outputs, and requirements definition
- Experience working with system integrators or external delivery partners
- Confident engaging stakeholders and driving clarity quickly
- Able to produce structured documentation at pace
