About the Role:
This newly created role plays a critical part in enabling strategic decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial planning outputs across the organisation.
You will own budgeting and planning cycles across all business units and ensure that financial plans support both operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning & Strategic Alignment - Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles.
- Align financial goals with the company’s strategic direction.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor and coach the FP&A analysts and drive business performance
- Financial Insight & Commercial Influence:
- Provide financial leadership to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Identify key risks / opportunities and presenting recommendations to address.
- Modelling, Analysis & Reporting:
- Oversee the integrity of all financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development.
- Lead the creation of performance analysis across key financial and operational metrics.
- Process Improvement & System Optimisation:
- Drive the automation and optimisation of forecasting and reporting processes and streamline workflows to improve accuracy.
About You:
- CA or CPA qualified
- Extensive experience in FP&A, with a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Demonstrated ability to provide financial insight and influence senior leadership
- Experience storytelling and visualisation skills
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A collaborative leader who thrives on developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Knowledge in leading financial modelling, scenario planning, and performance reporting.
- A change agent who is passionate about process improvement, automation, and optimisation.
