About the Role:


We are seeking a talented Network Wifi Engineer to join the advanced Wi-Fi solutions team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients' Wi-Fi systems operate seamlessly while contributing to various key projects. You’ll work closely with a high-performing team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.


Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide expert Wi-Fi network engineering services, implementing state-of-the-art Wi-Fi solutions for clients.
  • Proactively monitor client environments to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
  • Serve as a primary responder for incidents reported via the service desk, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on-site and remotely with both internal teams and clients to achieve project objectives.
  • Assist in project support by engaging actively in planning and execution phases, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes related to network services.

What You Bring:
 
  • Strong experience in deploying and supporting enterprise wireless environments, particularly with Aruba and Cisco technologies.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as ACMP, ACSP, CCNP, or CCIE.
  • Familiarity with tools like Cisco ISE and DNA Centre in enterprise environments is a plus.
  • Experience with Aruba Airwave, Mobility Orchestrator, and ClearPass Policy Manager is advantageous.
  • A background in a network operations environment, specifically within a telco, service provider, or major enterprise context.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Network Infrastructure, with at least 2 years focusing on Wi-Fi technologies, routing, and switching.
  • Proven skills in network operations, fault identification, and documentation maintenance.
