About the Company:

We are assisting our Auckland Central-based clients in the medical field who are seeking a medical receptionist.

About the Role: 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
 
•    Greeting clients
•    Preparing Doctors correspondence
•    Booking/amending appointments
•    Scanning and filing medical documentation
•    Managing office resources
•    Travel bookings
•    Coordinating work-shop logistics

About You: 

You thrive in a busy environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. 

You will have previous Medical Admin/Receptionist experience and have experience with practice management system.

You will have the following skills and attributes:

•    Highly organised
•    Good attention to detail
•    Ability to multi-task
•    Warm and friendly nature
•    Previous Medical Admin/Receptionist experience
