About the Opportunities

  • Acting as a true right-hand to your leader managing complex diaries, inboxes and priorities with precision
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, itineraries and logistics seamlessly
  • Preparing high-quality proposals, reports and presentations with strong attention to detail
  • Supporting board and executive meetings  scheduling, agendas, papers and minute-taking
  • Assisting with event coordination, stakeholder engagement and internal initiatives
  • Providing proactive support across the wider team, anticipating needs before they arise 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Proven experience in a high-performing Executive or Personal Assistant role
  • A proactive, can-do mindset  equally comfortable with strategic coordination and rolling up your sleeves
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate needs before they’re voiced
  • The confidence to manage competing priorities and pivot when required
  • Resourcefulness, discretion and sound judgement in fast-paced environments
