About the Role:
We are looking for a resilient Team Leader who can hit the ground running, has an understanding of HR or People & Culture, and excels in stakeholder engagement..
- Lead a team of coordinators and consultants
- Manage and verify certifications, allocations, and health & safety compliance
- Participate in interview panels
- Work with spreadsheets and a variety of systems
- Engage with stakeholders
About You:
- High volume recruitment experience OR a strong high-volume administration background
- Proven people management experience with strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable making courageous decisions and managing complexity
- Able to forecast future needs and handle urgent situations confidently
- Team-oriented, but able to take control when necessary
- Ideally, you have an HR or P&C background
