About the Role:
We are looking for a resilient Team Leader who can hit the ground running, has an understanding of HR or People & Culture, and excels in stakeholder engagement..
  • Lead a team of coordinators and consultants 
  • Manage and verify certifications, allocations, and health & safety compliance
  • Participate in interview panels
  • Work with spreadsheets and a variety of systems
  • Engage with stakeholders
About You:
  • High volume recruitment experience OR a strong high-volume administration background
  • Proven people management experience with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable making courageous decisions and managing complexity
  • Able to forecast future needs and handle urgent situations confidently
  • Team-oriented, but able to take control when necessary
  • Ideally, you have an HR or P&C background
