About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to join the AR team on a temporary basis. You’ll play an important role in supporting billing operations and assisting with a backlog of invoices and data.
Day to day, you’ll be transferring information from invoices into spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and supporting the wider team with ad hoc billing and reconciliation tasks.
This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, with strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 2-month temp role (with possibility of extension)
Location: On-site in Albany (free parking available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours between 8am and 5pm
About You:
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in billing, AR, or data entry (high volume preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work at pace
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Salesforce and/or D365 is ideal
