About the Role:
Fullers360 is in the middle of an exciting digital transformation with a brand-new mobile app, the rollout of Pimcore (CRM system), and a renewed focus on creating truly personalised, seamless customer journeys.
As we refresh how we connect with commuters, locals, and international visitors, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take the lead on CRM and become a key driver of our next evolution.
This is a newly created role, sitting within a tight, collaborative, and high-performing team. If you love data, customer behaviour, lifecycle design, and rolling up your sleeves in a fast-moving environment, you’ll feel right at home.
CRM & Lifecycle Strategy (The big priority)
- Own, design, and implement a CRM strategy that lifts acquisition, retention, and repeat journeys.
- Build segmentation, customer profiles, automated journeys, and behaviour-led communications.
- Become the internal Pimcore subject-matter expert, using it across CRM, data, automation, and digital experience.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Deliver high-performing digital campaigns across email, app, web, and paid media.
- Use analytics (GA4, Meta, Google Ads) to continuously optimise, iterate, and improve results.
- Support go-to-market plans for new products, routes, or experiences.
Product & Content Support
- Work closely with the Digital Product Lead to support the app, website, and other digital platforms.
- Manage day-to-day product content, promotions, performance insights, and updates.
- Roll up your sleeves — this team is deliberately flat, and everyone chips in.
About You:
- You bring strong CRM expertise: segmentation, profiling, automation and lifecycle design.
- You are confident working with data including dashboards, GA4, Meta, targeting and performance metrics.
- You can translate customer behaviour into actionable journeys across email, app and web.
- You are quick to pick up new MarTech platforms and keen to become a Pimcore SME.
- You understand digital product environments and can support content, promotions and updates.
- You are hands on with digital channels including email, paid media, mobile and optimisation tools.
- You thrive in fast, flat teams and can switch easily between strategic and tactical work.
