The Role
We’re seeking a Senior SRE to help drive the reliability, performance, and evolution of large-scale, customer-facing systems. In this role, you'll work across cloud-native environments, mentor others, and enable engineering teams to deliver faster and safer.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring core systems run at peak performance, availability, and efficiency
• Troubleshooting complex issues within distributed systems and leading root-cause analysis
• Building monitoring, alerting, and visibility tools to prevent outages
• Automating operational tasks to improve stability and reduce toil
• Supporting smooth, low-impact deployments across multiple environments
• Driving improvements across reliability, observability, and delivery practices
• Collaborating with engineering, architecture, and security on technical design

About you

• Production experience running Kubernetes (AKS/EKS)
• Strong experience with Azure or AWS
• Proficiency with Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Scripting ability with Python, Bash, Ruby or similar
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools like Grafana, Datadog, or Sumo Logic
