We're looking for a full-time Talent Partner to join our Auckland team, supporting recruitment delivery across a diverse portfolio of sectors and specialist teams.
Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants, you'll play an integral role in connecting great people with great opportunities. From proactively sourcing and engaging talent through to screening, assessing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, you'll help deliver outstanding outcomes for both candidates and clients.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look quite the same. You'll juggle multiple recruitment processes, build strong candidate relationships, provide valuable market insights and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards Tribe is known for.
You'll be supported by market-leading technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter, a powerful internal database, smart automations and a dedicated enablement team, allowing you to focus on what matters most: people.

What You’ll Bring

You'll bring experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or candidate management, alongside the confidence to work across multiple roles, stakeholders and priorities.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience sourcing, screening and assessing candidates across a range of roles and levels
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems and recruitment technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and initiative
- Resilience, adaptability and the ability to maintain momentum in a busy environment
- A collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to delivering quality outcomes
