This role sits at the centre of decision-making, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, influence investment decisions, and provide trusted financial advice across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic financial planning, modelling, and investment analysis
- Provide high-quality advice to executives and senior stakeholders
- Translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement in financial frameworks, tools, and processes
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing team (directly or indirectly)
About You
- Senior finance professional (CA/CPA or equivalent)
- Strong background in strategic finance, commercial analysis, or business partnering
- Confident operating at executive level and influencing complex decisions
- Comfortable working in large, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience in public sector, Crown entities, or similarly complex organisations is advantageous
