About the Role: 
This role is suited to someone who can hit the ground running and has experience in process mapping. This is a 3–4 month temporary role based in Auckland CBD.
  • Map and document current-state, end-to-end business processes
  • Gather and validate process information across multiple teams
  • Identify issues or inefficiencies in existing processes
  • Produce clear, practical process maps and documentation
  • Focus is on accurately capturing existing processes and making them easy to understand and use
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders
About You: 
  • Proven experience in business process analysis/process mapping
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work confidently across multiple teams and all levels of the organisation
  • Highly organised, pragmatic, and delivery oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
