About the Role:
This role is suited to someone who can hit the ground running and has experience in process mapping. This is a 3–4 month temporary role based in Auckland CBD.
- Map and document current-state, end-to-end business processes
- Gather and validate process information across multiple teams
- Identify issues or inefficiencies in existing processes
- Produce clear, practical process maps and documentation
- Focus is on accurately capturing existing processes and making them easy to understand and use
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders
About You:
- Proven experience in business process analysis/process mapping
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work confidently across multiple teams and all levels of the organisation
- Highly organised, pragmatic, and delivery oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
