About the Role:
This is a senior, hands-on Principal Consultant – Data & AI role where you’ll lead complex data initiatives from strategy through to delivery.
You’ll work closely with customers at all levels, lead delivery squads, provide technical and domain leadership, and step in on the tools when required. A key part of the role is building trusted relationships, identifying future opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard — commercially and technically.
You’ll also play a pivotal role in mentoring consultants, contributing to Statements of Work, and collaborating across sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
About You:
You’re a seasoned data consultant with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record delivering complex data projects.
You bring:
- Extensive consulting experience in data, analytics, or AI
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with a pragmatic, consultative approach
- Proven leadership and mentoring capability
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems
- An agile mindset and the ability to adapt quickly
