As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and support a team of engineers while helping shape engineering practices and delivery standards.
Working closely with product and technology leadership, you will play a key role in improving developer experience, delivery efficiency, and engineering culture while enabling your team to build scalable, high-quality software solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leading engineers, staying close to the technology, and building an environment where teams can do their best work.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, develop and inspire a team of engineers, supporting their growth and performance
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer experience
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality software
- Foster a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Use engineering metrics and insights to identify opportunities to improve delivery and team performance
What You’ll Bring
- Experience leading software engineering teams
- Strong background working with .NET technologies
- Experience building and deploying applications in AWS or cloud-native environments
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams
