About the Opportunity
Southern Seafood Products is a growing seafood production and retail business, producing premium seafood products for wholesale and retail customers.
This role sits right at the centre of the business, helping manage the day-to-day financial processes while supporting the wider operations of a small and hardworking team.
You will:
- Manage day-to-day accounts across AP, AR, payroll and reconciliations
- Support office operations, customer enquiries and general administration
- Help improve systems and bring structure to a growing SME environment
- Provide occasional support with retail coordination and social media updates
What You’ll Bring
You’re organised, practical and enjoy being part of a small team where everyone pitches in.
- Accounts experience across AP, AR, payroll and reconciliations
- Confidence using Xero and strong general administrative skills
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to turn your hand to anything
- Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers and team members
- Bonus points if you're confident updating social media or website content
